Yes. Creating a profile with your links, socials, avatar, background and music is free. Premium, Unleash, Image Host and other shop items are optional extras. See what Premium includes.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. The link is valid for 15 minutes. If it expired, request a new one at zyo.lol/resend. You can ask for a new email once every 60 seconds.

Go to zyo.lol/forgot, enter your account email and open the link we send you. The link works for 15 minutes. If your email is not verified yet, you get a verification email instead, so verify first and then try again.

When you log in from a new network or location, we email you a one-time code to confirm it is you. The code expires after 15 minutes. If you did not try to log in, change your password right away.

Yes. Open account settings and use Add Login Method (or Setup Password for Google accounts) to add an email and password. You need one before you can disconnect Discord or Google.

In account settings, open Active Sessions to see every device that is logged in and log them out. See Account settings.

On the Overview page, find Connections in the Account Manager and click Connect Discord. Discord presence and Discord widgets also need you to be in the zyo.lol Discord server.

Use Change Username on the Overview page or in account settings. Remember to update your link anywhere you shared it. Want extra links that keep working? Get aliases.

Each visitor is counted once. Bots, crawlers and automated browsers are not counted, and a visitor has to pass a quick background check before the view is added, so the number can grow a few seconds after someone opens your page. Refreshing the page does not add more views.

Yes. Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider and connect it in the Domains page. See Custom domain for the steps.

The title, description and image shown when you share your profile link are set in Metadata and embeds.

PayPal (card or PayPal balance) and VietQR for Vietnamese banks. To pay with LTC, open a ticket on our Discord. See Buying items.

PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a minute. If the checkout says confirmation is still pending, wait a moment and refresh your account. For VietQR, the transfer must use the exact amount and the exact transfer content shown in the checkout, or it cannot be matched to your order. If it still has not arrived, contact support with your order details.

Completed digital purchases are final once the item is delivered, unless the law says otherwise. If you were charged twice or did not receive what you paid for, tell us quickly so we can check. See the Terms of Service.

Yes, any item can be bought as a gift. You get a link to send them. See Gifts.

No. Image Host is its own lifetime purchase. Premium raises its limits to 50 GB storage and 250 MB per file. See the Image Host overview.

PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, WEBM and MOV, up to 100 MB each (250 MB with Premium).

Our automatic safety check flagged it. It is hidden from everyone except you until a moderator approves or removes it. If you think it is a mistake, let us know.

On Android, use XShare with a config from the Setup card. On iPhone, open the Gallery in Safari and upload from there. See Uploading files.

On a file page, click the flag button, pick a reason and send it. Reports are anonymous. For pastes or anything else, contact support with the link.
